Now Place it in The Internal Memory of redmi 1s ( Place it inside a folder names Downloaded_rom .

Now if you are on Miui 6 then follow The below method :- 

• Go to updater app .
• Check if any update is Available , if not ignore . 
• Now At the Upper right Corner of the update app You will see ... A menu open it and Select " Manually choose update package " 
• Now Select the package you placed earlier in the Downloaded-Rom Folder .
